Relax and settle into passive postures that target and soften the muscles while focusing on the present moment.
In this slower-paced, meditative approach to yoga, poses are held for longer periods of time (typically three to five minutes) in order to target the connective tissues of the body. Becoming still in a pose allows the body, mind, and spirit the space needed for healing and growth.
VINYASA/GENTLE VINYASA YOGA
Unwind through the movement of connected postures that are strung together with the power of breath.
In this, flowing approach to yoga, the breath and movements are coordinated in an attempt to improve focus and concentration. By moving with the breath through postures, participants develop strength and balance while regaining control of the body and mind.
Experience a mindful and revitalizing class.
In this traditional style, fundamental yoga asanas (postures), breath work, and movement help to build strength and flexibility throughout the body. By focusing on alignment and breath, the deep connection between mind and body is cultivated.
