WELCOME 2021

You are invited to join us for a New Year intention setting ceremony & gentle yoga flow workshop. Expect an all-levels flow followed by a guided journaling session that will help you set intentions and goals for the new year. With everything the past year has brought us, this will be a much needed practice ♥️  you’ll also get an essential oil mask spray to take home with you!

Join us in-studio or from the comfort of home via Zoom. Investment is $10. We hope you’ll join us!

CLASSES WE OFFER

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Relax and settle into passive postures that target and soften the muscles while focusing on the present moment.


In this slower-paced, meditative approach to yoga, poses are held for longer periods of time (typically three to five minutes) in order to target the connective tissues of the body. Becoming still in a pose allows the body, mind, and spirit the space needed for healing and growth.

WARM YOGA

Experience the comfort of a gently heated room (80°-85°) to warm up for a mindful and revitalizing class.  


In this traditional Hatha-style class, fundamental yoga asanas (postures), breath work, and movement help to build strength and flexibility throughout the body. By focusing on alignment and breath, the deep connection between mind and body is cultivated.

VINYASA/GENTLE VINYASA YOGA

Unwind through the movement of connected postures that are strung together with the power of breath.

In this, flowing approach to yoga, the breath and movements are coordinated in an attempt to improve focus and concentration. By moving with the breath through postures, participants develop strength and balance while regaining control of the body and mind.

ROOM TEMP YOGA

A comfortable room temperature version of our warm yoga class.
