CHASITY MARQUEZ
STUDIO OWNER & FOUNDER

Yoga Instructor, 500Hr CYT
Shakti and Reiki I Certifications

Yoga has been a life changing practice that continues to bring such peace and growth to my life. What began as an interest in asanas (poses) quickly grew into a calling to know myself more deeply. My humble goal is to be a guide for others along their journey of self-actualization through the profound gift of yoga. I have 500 hours of formal training and countless hundreds of hours of self-guided study and am currently training to become a yoga therapist.
